I thought it would be pretty cool to show you the gym, which you can tell if you've never seen it in pictures.
I mean, a really nice gym, especially for a country club here at Old Stone.
This is where I do all my training for players as well as myself.
What I thought will be cool is to keep up with a little bit of a video log for you, so you can see what I do personally to train for more power as well as the stretches and everything that goes into it.
I'm also going to try to do some hitting as well.
I've got my baseline of my power numbers.
To be completely honest, I haven't hit, touched the club in quite a while, haven't really put a lot into training for speed and power, so getting started, I've got my baseline.

It's down to 27 now, so actually, pretty depressing.
I'm not going to be starting with legs today.
That's going to be tomorrow, but I want to show you the workouts for the speed and the power.
Everything I'm doing today is going to be back day, so we're going to be hitting on a lot of pull as well as you'll see some of the power that I do in there on top of a few of the other movements, and then a full just coverage of the flexibility, the stretching, the routine that, again, I personally need to do, but it will give you a little insight on what it takes if you're looking to boost speed and power.
Everybody is a little different on where they need to start, but again, just something cool.
