Don't have a ton of time today, which makes this exercise perfect because that's what it's about is getting the most out of the workout with the least amount of time.
I'm going to be using this bench and what we're going to do is a one legged lunge, so we're going down and isolating, but as I go down I want to make sure that this leg is going back, and you can see that big angle I'm creating.
Now I'm stretching out into that hip flexor, coming up, isolating on that left leg, find that left glute, and going down and up to really hit home and stretch that out.
Now to increase it if you want to go down and rotate and lean back, we get a bigger stretch, but definitely an exercise that's going to help you stretch out, isolate that leg.
