Tyler Parsons: What's up, YouTube? Tyler Parsons here again.
Got the finished product on the shirts, so if you haven't checked them out yet be sure to.
I've had a lot of good responses there.
Today we're keeping on the theme of the muscle activation, making sure that not only the range of motion is there but it's firing through, and more importantly, it's built in to help slow it down.
The body is only going to accelerate as much as it can slow down to prevent that injury.
Extremely straightforward exercise.
I'm actually going to flip around.
We'll be facing you, but we want to do a simple little knee exercise here.
We have the legs up.
You can put the hands out to the side if you want, but nice and simple.
We want to drop this down to the side and we want to lift it back up, okay? Very straightforward and simple exercise.
Now, in order to really hit home on that speed and power, and help this out, I want to try to push and get them nice and fast to where I'm having to slow down as I get to that other side.
If not, I'm going to go on and crash in.
Big things to watch for is make sure that those shoulders stay down on the ground, okay? You can see I'm really working in through those hips, churning through with that core as a brace, using those obliques.
Again, something nice and simple for you to do.
You can do it anywhere.
That's the big thing that I want to try to brand everybody.
Great exercises, very simple to do, made for everyone to do anywhere.
Check back and we'll have more to come.
Again, if you like the t-shirts and want to get your hand on one, feel free to email me and I'll let you know how.
