Jeff Mitchell: Hi, my name's Jeff Mitchell, and I want to welcome you to the Golf Standard. I've been very fortunate in my life to have played on the PGA tour for eight years. I won a 1980 Phoenix open. I had 13 top 10 finishes in my career, and I consider my career to have been very successful. I was also able to coach at the division one level for 21 years with a lot of those years at Texas Tech University and some at Stanford University. The Golf Standard is really built around all the experiences I had playing at a very high level and coaching at a high level as well. In the Golf Standard, the premise is that if there is anything you do that is a really positive trait, you just have to learn how to expand on that, whether it's just good balance, good rhythm in the swing, or really good basic fundamentals. The Golf Standard addresses not only good swing fundamentals, but it addresses putting technique and chipping technique, how to play out of sand, how to really manage your game and how to use that so that you can develop good course management skills. It also talks about tournament preparation. If you play at home or if you play on the road, there are a lot of things you can learn that are going to give you a lot better results. The Golf Standard is really a comprehensive approach at trying to improve your game, either maintain it at the level it is, or to learn how to improve over time. I hope you enjoy the Golf Standard. Until next time.
