Today I'm lucky enough to be coming from you in Tampa, Florida.
I'm down for the Valspar Championship with Justin, and you can sort of see, depending on the week, depends on what we have, it's a really good week.
Lucky enough to be put up by Guy, and this is his gym.
What we're going to do is I wanted to bring you an exercise, again, with the cable cross, start with it, nice and light, you can see, I want to go on and turn.
What I want you to do is we're going to do a one arm row from there, once it gets to the chest, we're going to go on and follow through.
What this is going to do is it's working that row in a different direction so [inaudible 00:00:48] have to come across the body, but we're still able to activate.
We're protracting, we're retracting that scapula, firing through with the hips.
Once you get a little bit more comfortable, we can really turn that up, nice big forceful row, firing those hips, really spinning around, driving that chest.
Another great exercise to not only work on bracing in through that lower body, using the core to stabilize and rotate, but then for that back on one side, then we'll switch to the other as well as those hips and that driving force.
